" A beautifully presented Georgian family home, which has been completely refurbished to an extremely high standard, with period features retained and reinstated. Situated in a conservation area, Church Street, is one of the oldest streets in Staines and is regarded as one of the nicest areas to live. The river Thames and Lammas Park with its excellent facilities are within very close proximity and Staines High Street is within walking distance. Internally, the property features a stunning drawing room with exposed pine floor, York Stone fireplace with a traditional wood burning stove. The dining room features panelled walls and large open fireplace, and leads down to a very large cellar, where the boiler, water softener and laundry facilities have been cited. The large kitchen has been fitted with high quality German units, with a comprehensive range of integrated appliances and a gas Aga. Leading out of the kitchen, you enter the orangery with adjoining door to a wood store. The orangery features a 'lantern roof' and double French doors which open out onto the patio area and secluded garden. Leading upstairs, is an oak 'return' stair case. Leading off the landing are four double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, the other with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a luxury fully fitted bathroom with shower.
