Situation Located just 3 miles from Banbury's town centre this small village nestled in the heart of the Cherwell Valley offers a high degree of privacy. Whilst the village itself is short on amenities Tescos is only 2 miles down the road. For local shopping there is a small shop down the hill into Cropredy and there is also a local Doctors Surgery. Banbury has a wide range of shopping facilities including the Castle Quay Shopping Centre for virtually all your retail needs. As far as commuting is concerned Banbury has its own mainline railway station offering access to both London Marylebone and Birmingham International. Travelling by road you have a choice of both Junctions 11 & 12 of the M40. Accommodation For those not requiring a large garden this home is certainly for you.
