Full description:
2 Woodside is a semi detached property dating back to the 1920s, but extended in recent years with rendered elevations under a tiled roof. The property has been upgraded throughout by the current owners and accommodation comprises a stable door leading into the spacious hallway with built-in cloaks cupboard and adjacent WC/utility room. The large L-shaped kitchen/breakfast room has under-floor heating and is fitted with an excellent range of wall and base units with wood worktops, a built-in breakfast bar, a gas Rangemaster fitted into the chimney recess, an integrated dishwasher and freezer, large cupboard with space for a freestanding fridge-freezer and an additional store cupboard. There is also a separate dining room with French doors giving access to the rear garden. The first floor comprises a large landing with access to the loft area and a store cupboard. There are two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and a luxuriously appointed family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.
Outside, the front garden is gated and lawned with a large driveway. A side gate leads to the west facing rear garden which measures approx. 55ft x 25ft (irregular shape), mainly lawned with mature tree and shrub planting, a storage shed and additional store area. The covered raised timber deck has outside lighting. The property sits on a corner plot with access to a bridleway, Rickling woods and open fields.

From Saffron Walden take the B1052 Newport Road going south. At the main roundabout junction turn left onto the B1383, continuing through Newport itself and onto Quendon.
