" An imposing self build property situated on a generous plot with everything you would expect from a substantial executive family home.The last time we sold this property, the current vendors snapped it up and we're pretty sure that the same thing will happen again.Stunning internal modern decor. The property has a lovely frontage situated away from the road. The parking is accessed via the drive and garage which is situated to the rear.On entering the property there is a spacious entrance hall and a good size lounge which has a lovely fireplace with an open chimney giving it a real cosy appeal.With a good size kitchen/breakfast room, modern fitted kitchen to include integrated dishwasher as well as a stainless steel double oven and hob.There is a utility room where you can put your noisy appliances away from the main property and there is a good size family dining room with patio doors leading out to the rear garden. Upstairs are 4 good size bedrooms and the master bedroom has had an en-suite added.One of the biggest selling points of this property is the excellent size garden, ideal for children to play safely and securely.The double garage has an electric up and over door with power and light.

We were looking for a substantial family home and found this property really did stand out from the others.
This house has been perfect for us and we've really loved living on this non estate location.
We've done a lot of work since living here, all the windows were replaced in 2004 and we had a new en-suite to bring it up to modern standards.
The location of this property has been ideal as it gives easy access to Chatham train station but also motorway access for commuting to London.
One of the biggest benefits about living in this area was that we found it so quiet, safe and secure.
We now feel it's time to move on to a bigger home in the same area.
