" Within this delightful North Wiltshire village, is this very substantial detached bungalow. The accommodation is cleverly arranged so that the two reception rooms and conservatory are separated from the three bedrooms and bathroom. Outside there are well proportioned front and rear gardens, a double garage and garden store.

KINGTON LANGLEY This attractive village is just off the A350 Malmesbury to Chippenham road. It has a village school, two pubs and large open central green area. In the Domesday Book it was plain Langhelei. The village has a thriving mixed age community with a diverse mixture of both period and characterful houses. Chippenham some 2.5 miles away is the closest commercial centre with a wide variety of shops and a mainline station, (London - Paddington c. 60 mins) and the M4 junction 17 is c. 2 miles away. Slightly further afield c. 8 miles, is Malmesbury the historic market town with its delightful high street full of boutique style shops and cafes. There is a varied choice of schools locally, both state and public, along with a huge assortment of sporting pursuits from sailing to golf also available both near and far. THE PROPERTY Entering the bungalow the entrance hall provides access to the reception rooms and cloakroom. The dual aspect sitting room is flooded in natural light by the two large windows, is open plan to the dining area with a door leading to the kitchen breakfast room which looks onto the garden and has a convenient area suitable for a small kitchen table.
