This traditional detached dwelling house is situated within the sought after seaside town of Burntisland and boasts wonderful views across the River Forth. The spacious accommodation comprises in brief: lounge, dining room, kitchen, four bedrooms and bathroom. The property enjoys an elevated position with split level garden grounds. Access is gained into an entrance vestibule which in turn leads to the main reception hallway. The lounge is an attractive public room with a bay window to the rear and a cupboard. There is a fireplace with open fire and a storage cupboard with a display cabinet on either side.. The dining room features a bay window to the rear and an enclosed cupboard and also has a fireplace with Baxi open fire with back boiler. There is space for a family size dining table and chairs.
