" This is a fabulous home in a most glorious setting within the heart of one of Esher's finest private estates. The South facing half acre plot sits behind electronic gates at the end of a fine cul de sac, offering unparalled seclusion and yet within close proximity to Esher's wonderful High Street.

The large entrance hall has an attractive wooden floor and there is a very smart downstairs cloakroom. Double doors open onto a fantastic triple aspect sitting room, which has wonderful views of the South facing rear garden, which can be accessed via glazed double doors. There is an attractive feature fireplace and decorated in neutral colours throughout, this is a most stunning room in which to relax. The lovely dining room, ideal for entertaining, also enjoys direct access onto the rear garden and there is a large study with a front aspect.

The large kitchen breakfast room is split into two well defined areas.
