" Approaching the front drive of this property certainly sets the scene for this lovely three bedroom family home and on entering the reception hall, one is struck by a delightful feeling of warmth and comfort created by the stylish, tasteful decor and this continues throughout the property. There is a lovely sized front reception room, which has wood flooring and a pretty feature fireplace with a wooden surround and attractive hearth. Light, bright and airy this is a wonderful room in which to relax. The dining room leads off this room and has a lovely rear aspect over the garden and these two rooms combine to make a fabulous entertaining space. Attractive wooden concatena doors lead to a good sized kitchen, which has a tiled floor and a good range of modern fitted units and work surfaces and includes a built in double oven, a four ring gas hob with extractor hood above, and built in appliances to include a washing machine, a slimline dishwasher and a fridge freezer.
