Conveniently situated within short walking distance of the thriving market town of Holsworthy which offers a range of amenities including banks, post office, supermarket, hospital, leisure centre, 18 hole golf course, primary and secondary school.  Bude, on the North Cornish coast is approximately 10 miles distant with its safe and sandy surfing beaches and coastal walks.
