" Butts Road is situated on the northern outskirts of Ottery St Mary and is a much sought after residential area within walking distance of the town centre and all its excellent amenities. The property benefits from being within The King's School catchment area, the surrounding countryside offers excellent walking facilities and the new A30 dual carriageway provides easy access to the Cathedral City of Exeter, M5 and the coast.

The house itself is due for completion early November 2017.
