" This well presented light and airy home is situated on the edge of town with pleasant views over the surrounding countryside. Butts Road is one of the most desirable residential areas and within walking distance of Ottery St Mary town centre and its excellent amenities. The property benefits from being within the Kings School catchment area and the surrounding countryside offers excellent walking facilities whilst the A30 dual carriageway provides easy access to the cathedral city of Exeter, M5 and the coast.
