" If you are looking for a great primary school to send your young ones to then we may have found you a wonderful home to go with it. This property is within a quarter of a mile from Bursted Wood and Belmont Primary Schools both of which have proven track records. Once the children are old enough there is an array of local secondary schools from grammar to comprehensive. Train users will like this home too with only about a fifteen minute walk taking you to Bexleyheath station or in the other direction, Barnehurst. Lots of choices for you!Downstairs you will find a through lounge which in length is 26ft, a double glazed conservatory, which is currently being used as a dining room, a separate utility area and wait for it... a 19ft kitchen, how’s that for size? A decent sized kitchen with great storage throughout. This property boasts a double storey extension to the rear, so upstairs, there are four separate bedrooms. The bathroom is also upstairs and has a separate WC which is ideal when someone is having a long relaxing soak in the bath. Outside is the rear garden and parking on the front for up to 3 cars; not forgetting there is also a garage to the side.

We bought our home about 8 years ago and was particularly attracted by all the space it had to offer. From the outside it does not look large but as they say, "never judge a book by its cover". We also loved the layout, especially downstairs as , although the rooms are separate, they are all linked and can be used to create a larger, more open space. This is perfect for the family as we all have some privacy yet can all come together at mealtimes in the spacious kitchen / diner. Having a separate utility room was just the icing on the cake and allowed for more storage in the kitchen. Its been a happy home and we hope the next owners will enjoy it just as much as we have.
