" Walnut close is a lovely private cul-de-sac of just 7 executive family homes built in 1997. Upon entering through the front door you will soon appreciate the wealth of space. There is a dining room to the front and to the rear a lovely lounge with feature fireplace and French doors leading onto the patio which stretches across the rear for those balmy evenings. The kitchen/breakfast room the hub of the home also enjoys views to the rear. Upstairs to the 1st floor where there is a double master bedroom with triple fitted wardrobes plus an excellent sized en-suite, they also have 3 other bedrooms all of which are doubles.
Lets go back downstairs to what we consider to be the amazing feature of Walnut Close, whilst benefiting from an excellent size garden with pond, to the rear there is a 3/4 acre field which is laid to lawn, trees etc and 1/7 is owned by each of the residents this has tree houses and swings which all can enjoy.Eynsford is well placed for road and rail links to London and Southcoast, while also benefiting from the local butchers, village store, newsagents, local public house and many walks throughout the Darent Valley.
The local school Anthony Roper is a junior and infants which has excellent Ofsted reports. Please call to arrange that viewing without delay to appreciate all there is to offer.

What the Owner says:

When we were looking to move 13 years ago we were wanting to stay within the area as we had enjoyed the local lifestyle and we saw these new properties being built. It was ironic as new build was not top of our list of priorities but when we saw the plans and realised we could have some in put into our new home we took the plunge and purchased. We have enjoyed 13 excellent years here with the seclusion and the luxury of the field to the rear and the local commuter links. There are great uninterrupted views to the rear, and excellent neighbours which have made our time here most enjoyable.
