Located in the popular suburb of Huntington, and offered with the convenience of no forward chain, this three bedroomed, dormer bungalow presents in poor condition but with huge potential to improve. The property does have double glazing and appears to have been re-wired (however we are unable to guarantee this) and there also appears to be a relatively new boiler and radiators.

The property is entered at the side into a hallway with stairs to the first floor. A good size living room with bay window and feature fireplace is located to the front elevation as well as bedroom three. To the rear is a good size master bedroom, reasonably modern kitchen and a fairly modern bathroom completes the ground floor accommodation.

Upstairs is a large landing with access to bedroom two.

Situated within the popular suburb of Huntington, just 2.6 miles north of York city centre.
