Description

The accommodation is split over 3 levels, on the ground floor is a through lounge diner leading to the kitchen with a double electric oven and a gas hob. Off the kitchen is a downstairs WC and access out to the rear.

On the first floor is the largest of the three bedrooms and the family bathroom which is fitted with a bath, overhead shower, WC and a washbasin.

On the second floor are the two remaining bedrooms both of which are a great size.

The property is centrally heated and double-glazed and is located within a stone's throw of the town centre.

Location

Driffield is known as the Capital of the Wolds originally brought to prominence by the canal, which was opened to barges in 1772. Handily placed for country and coast, Driffield's Annual Agricultural Show is reputedly the largest one-day show in the country. A street market is held each Thursday.
