Dringhthorpe Road is a quiet leafy side street just off Tadcaster Road consisting of small cul-de-sacs in which this property sits. The house has been extended, adding living space to the ground floor and an additional master suite to the first floor.

The ground floor opens to an entrance hallway leading to the principal reception rooms. The spacious sitting room is flooded with natural light from the bay window to the front and flows into the dining room behind.
