LOCATION Prospect Farm is located on the outskirts of Murton Village with frontage to both Murton Lane and Murton Way, and approximately 4 miles east of York. TENURE Freehold with vacant possession on completion.
CONTRACTS & COMPLETION Exchange will take place in accordance with the auction terms and the completion date will be 28 days from the sale date. METHOD OF SALE The land is to be offered for sale by auction at 6.00pm on Wednesday 1st October 2015 at York Auction Centre. These particulars should be read in conjunction with the full catalogue of the auction sale. SERVICES Mains water and electricity are laid to the house and buildings. The mains gas supply to the house has been disconnected. There is a separate metered water supply to the farm buildings and a trough in field no. 8755.
