Housenetwork Ltd are pleased to offer this mid terraced house in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.

Total area approximately 116.9 square metres (1258.8 square feet)

Close to Falsgrave park and situated on a tree lined street, this home is just a mile from the beach and close to shops and amenities. The house has a front garden, setting it back from the road. The entrance hall features hardwood flooring which continues into a through lounge dining room. The lounge has a cast iron fireplace and original coving. To the back of the house is a fitted kitchen with built in cooker and hob and a small conservatory

The upstairs consists of large master bedroom, two further double bedrooms as well as a single room with built in desk and storage. Loft space is accessible from the two 2nd floor bedrooms, with additional built in storage off the staircase. It has a large family bathroom with bath, walk in shower, sink and toilet, a separate WC.
