" 5 The Crescent represents the rare opportunity to acquire a complete townhouse within the beautiful Grade II listed Crescent, located in the heart of Scarborough town centre. Designed and built during the 1830's by R H & Samuel Sharpe of York, The Crescent is a magnificent example of Georgian architecture at its best, and features symmetrical ashlar facades, stone architraves and cast iron honeysuckle railings to the First Floor balcony.
