A modern style three bedroom semi detached house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location. The property has the benefit of double glazing and a gas fired central heating system and the layout features an entrance hall with a radiator and stairs to the first floor. The lounge has a feature fire surround incorporating a coal effect gas fire and having a useful understairs storage cupboard. From the lounge is a spacious dining kitchen with the kitchen area having a range of wall and base units with worksurfaces over, space for cooker, plumbing for washing machine, appliance space, spotlights to ceiling and double glazed door to rear garden. The dining area has a radiator and a double glazed window overlooking the rear garden. To the first floor landing has loft access, double glazed window to side and an airing cupboard housing the gas fired boiler. There are three good sized bedrooms with the master bedroom having a range of fitted wardrobes, over bed cupboards and side drawers. The second bedroom is a double and faces the front as does bedroom three. The bathroom/wc has been updated to provide a modern style white suite which comprises low level wc, pedestal wash hand basin, panelled bath with shower over, extractor fan and tiled walls. Externally a feature of this property is the rear garden which offers a degree of privacy and has a patio area, lawn and side gated access.
