This five bedroom, period mid terrace property provides an excellent standard of spacious and versatile living accommodation. This well presented accommodation benefits from gas fired radiator heating and double glazed windows.

Conveniently situated just a short distance from Wolverhampton City Centre, with it’s wealth of local amenities and University. Positioned a short walk from the Tettenhall Road, the property boasts excellent public transport links.

The accommodation comprises entrance hall, lounge, separate dining room and kitchen to the ground floor; to the first floor there are three double bedrooms and a small single bedroom or dressing room; on the second floor there is a generously proportioned attic bedroom.
