LOCATION A well planned one bedroom first floor apartment in the luxury McCarthy & Stone development for 'Assisted Living'. This select development is situated in the heart of the historic market town of Bridgnorth. Bridgnorth is flanked by the River Severn and divided between High Town and Low Town. The two are connected by the funicular railway. There are many interesting historic buildings and pleasant walkways including the Castle Walk and Gardens. Another notable attraction is the Severn Valley Railway with its historic steam trains. Within the town there are a range of facilities including a diverse selection of shops such as antique, gift, grocery, butchers and bakers shops, together with a Library, doctor's surgery and small hospital. There are larger supermarkets also on the edge of town. ACCOMMODATION Talbot Court is an Assisted Living development exclusively for the over 70s. Accessed via a secure communal entrance, there is access to the residents lounge, restaurant, laundry facilities and the outside communal grounds. Stair and lift access lead to all floors. OUTSIDE The complex has communal gardens having been well landscaped and maintained providing seating areas together with resident and some visitor parking.
