French doors leading from sitting room to garden at rear. Additional french doors leading from kitchen to car space/rear of garden. Private rear garden, a good size with lawned area and 2 x vegetable patch. 1 large shed (old) (may need replacing). The house has had new roof fitted 15 years ago approx. Chimney re-pointed. Brickwork - below damp coarse at side and rear of house replaced with new engineering bricks and damp coarse. All internal walls to ground level and upto top of stairs have been replaced together with new frames and skirting boards. 

All rooms are of a good size.
