Vendor Comments
I could see the potential to make it into a lovely family home. The size of all the rooms attracted me to buying it. The 3 bedrooms are proper double rooms easily accommodating double beds with ease. The three reception rooms took some work to look like they do now, with the rear sitting room having some bespoke cupboards and storage units fitted and new Upvc French doors fitted opening to the rear garden. With the outside it was easy to see the potential, the hard standing could easily be used for a garage or to park a caravan, securely. The garden itself has been completely remodelled into what it is now and with the hedges now established, it is lovely and secluded. Princess Street is a quiet side road within walking distance to the town. In conclusion, this house offers the best mix of space, with all the modern touches already done.
