APPROXIMATE DISTANCES
Bewdley – 8 miles, Tenbury Wells – 9 miles,          Kidderminster - 12 miles, Worcester – 15 miles,                  M5 Junction 6 – 17 miles.

DIRECTIONS
From Teme Street, Tenbury Wells proceed over the Teme Bridge and turn right onto the A456 in the direction of Kidderminster. In Newnham Bridge keep right onto the A443 for Worcester and continue for four miles. After passing through Eardiston take the first left onto a council lane sign posted Menith Wood. Proceed for approximately 0.8 mile and just after The Cross Keys Free House turn left onto a no through road. The Lock Inn is the first property on the left hand side indicated by a Nick Champion ‘For Sale’ board.

SITUATION
The Lock Inn is conveniently situated within the rural hamlet of Menith Wood overlooking the picturesque Teme Valley.  A Post Office, General Store and Butchers can be found at Clows Top just two miles away, and a convenience store and post office at Abberley which is three and a half miles from the property.

Stairs from the entrance hall lead up onto the first floor landing off which is a second good sized double bedroom and a large singe bedroom, both of which have fitted wardrobes and eaves storage; and a second bathroom with corner bath, pedestal basin, a wc and eaves storage.

OUTSIDE
The property has off road parking for up to four cars and a detached former double garage of brick, block and tile construction with a metal door, and now incorporating a utility area, workshop area and office space with power light, electricity and water.

The front garden is laid to lawn with wrought iron railings, lights to the drive, patio path and front door.  The enclosed rear garden can be accessed from both sides of the property and has a full length tiled patio with a raised decking al fresco dining area and a raised terraced flower and shrubbery border.
