LOCATION Hillside Farm is situated via a private gravelled driveway set within the rural position of Hillside.
Local facilities are available in the nearby village of Martley including the Chantry High School, Martley C of E primary school, post office, convenience store, garage and public house. More comprehensive amenities are available at the Cathedral city of Worcester which is approximately 9 miles distant. ROUTE TO THE PROPERTY From Worcester city centre proceed north westerly along the A443 Hylton Road, continuing into Henwick Road. Take the B4204 Martley Road signposted towards Lower Broadheath. Continue through Lower Broadheath and into Martley. At the T-junction turn on B4204 towards Great Witley taking the first right towards Stourport on Severn/B4197. Upon entering Hillside, Hillside Farm will be located on your right hand as indicated by the Agents For Sale board. SERVICES Mains electricity, water and drainage. Oil fired central heating.
