Lilian Cottages is believed to date back to the 1880 s and this is one of a pair of bay fronted Victorian homes located at the end of a terrace row on Sebright Avenue on the southwest side of Worcester. Like the other named houses on this avenue, it is a little more ornate and stylish than the standard terraces and benefits from a slightly different layout. Being located on the corner of Arundel Drive this property also has the rare added benefit of a garage and a parking space.
