ROUTE TO THE PROPERTY From Worcester city centre proceed in a southerly direction onto the Bath Road, A38. Take a left hand turn opposite the Texaco service station into Greenhill and then right at the top of the hill into Woolhope Road. Proceed along Woolhope Road before locating the property ahead on the left hand side as indicated by the Agents For Sale board. SERVICES Mains electricity, water, drainage and gas. Gas fired central heating. Broadband is connected. LOCAL AUTHORITY Worcester City Council - Tel No: 01905 723471. COUNCIL TAX BAND We understand the property lies in Council Tax Band - C. The information contained within these sales particulars was prepared as at June 2010. DESCRIPTION A charming three storey semi-detached period town house of considerable character benefitting from sash double glazing. The spacious and versatile accommodation is very nicely presented throughout.

An open tread staircase leads to the second floor with a generous fourth bedroom, presently used as a study. OUTSIDE Small and pretty foregarden with gravel and well stocked borders.
There is a gated access to the side via a block paved path. The attractive rear garden comprises an initial side paved area with bed containing raspberrys and clematis creeper, cold water tap and semi-circular pebble bed with blue bricks. This leads onto a lawn with well stocked borders including a variety of shrubs and plants, small vegetable garden area with raised bed and timber summer house and separate garden shed.
