DIRECTIONS
From Tenbury Wells take the A456 sign posted Kidderminster and in Newnham Bridge keep right onto the A443 in the direction of Worcester. After approximately 1 mile turn right for Eastham and continue for 1 mile along the council lane. On reaching the Eastham Commemorative Hall turn right for Broadheath/Clifton upon Teme and 1 Astley Orchard can be found 150 yards along the lane on the right hand side as indicated by a Nick Champion ‘For Sale’ board.

SITUATION
1 Astley Orchard is set on the edge of the small rural village of Eastham, which nestles amidst the delightful rolling farmland of the Teme Valley. The local market town of Tenbury Wells offers a range of facilities including a library, cottage hospital, swimming pool, cinema, bowling green and a variety of other clubs, shops and services. There are local farm shops at Stanford Bridge and Rochford. The property lies within the catchment area for the popular Lindridge C of E Primary School. Tenbury Wells also has highly regarded primary and secondary schools. Eastham has a fine Norman Church of St Peters and St Pauls and a well-supported Commemorative Hall which is host to many social activities. Eastham plays host to a highly popular horticultural/flower show every August.

DESCRIPTION
1 Astley Orchard is a semi-detached two story house of brick elevations under a tiled roof with a single story flat roof extension. The property was constructed by Weavers of Bromsgrove circa 1949 and the present owners have occupied the property ever since. Stairs with larder off lead up from the entrance hall to the first floor landing with a loft access.  There are two double bedrooms of which the larger benefits from a built in wardrobe and cupboard; a good sized single bedroom, and a family bathroom with a bath, wc, basin and airing cupboard. All three bedrooms enjoy splendid far reaching views.

OUTSIDE
A gated tarmac private driveway off the council lane provides parking for two cars, with further parking available in Astley Orchard. The present owners have taken great pride over the years in their generous enclosed garden which stretches around three sides of the property and is mostly laid to lawn with a host of floral and shrub borders and a highly productive vegetable plot. Within the gardens are a timber shed with garden store room

(7’9” x 5’2”) and workshop (9’10” x 7’9”); and a greenhouse (15’ x 8’4”).
