DIRECTIONS
From Teme Street, Tenbury Wells head south and take the first left hand turn onto the B4204 sign posted Clifton-upon-Teme/Rochford and then take the first right hand turn into Greenhill Close.  26 Greenhill Close will be found on the right hand side as indicated by a Nick Champion ‘For Sale’ board.

Further parking is available on the fully paved low maintenance front garden.

A gated side access leads to the enclosed rear garden which benefits from a large paved patio area adjacent to the bungalow, with a gravel area host to several mature shrubs below. A low wall at the bottom of the garden allows for enjoyment of the tranquil Kyre Brook below and steps lead down to a gate from which the Kyre Brook can be directly accessed.
