DIRECTIONS

From Teme Street take the B4204 Clifton on Teme road.  The turn into Greenhill Close is the first on the right, follow the estate road and take the second left access road and 20 Greenhill Close will be found nearly at the closed end on the left hand side.

 

SITUATION & DESCRIPTION

20 Greenhill Close is an older style family home constructed circa 1970 of light brick elevations under a tiled roof and offers well maintained, centrally heated accommodation with secondary glazing and new cavity wall insulation.  The integral garage offers some scope for conversion subject to planning consent.  The house is quietly situated within this popular leafy estate which is ideal for those desiring to be within a close and gentle stroll into the town centre.

Small rear paved garden with a tarmac driveway offering parking space to the front of the Garage which has an up and over door.  A paved pathway leads alongside the house to the enclosed porch and on through to the mature front garden which has pedestrian access to the estate road.
