" This fine example of a detached bungalow, is set in a favourable plot within the village of Broadway and presented in excellent order throughout.

The property has accommodation comprising an entrance porch, reception hall, living room, dining room/bedroom three, kitchen/breakfast room, three bedrooms and a shower room. Outside there are gardens to the front, off road parking with a single garage and an enclosed southerly facing rear garden.

From Evesham, leave the town along Broadway Road crossing the A46 onto the A44 signposted Oxford. Continue along this road for some five miles before turning left at a roundabout joining a link road. At the next roundabout turn right onto Leamington Road and follow this road into the village, turning right into Bloxham Road, where the property can be located by a Gusterson Palmer & James For Sale board on the left hand side.
