" Set in the well served village of Cleeve Prior which lies on the Warwickshire/Worcestershire border, this detached bungalow occupies a pleasant plot within a cul de sac. The property is offered in excellent order by the current owner.

The property offers accommodation comprising an entrance hall, kitchen, living room, conservatory, a bathroom and three bedrooms. Outside provides off road parking, a tandem style garage with an electric door, gardens and double gates that open to a further area of off road parking.

From Evesham High Street continue in a southerly direction along Abbey Road to the river bridge.Turn left onto Waterside and continue along to a T junction bearing right into Port Street following this road to a roundabout and then turn left into Elm Road. Continue along before turning left into Offenham Road, leaving Evesham Road along this road and continue for some four miles through Offenham until reaching a crossroads. Turn left here signposted Cleeve Prior and follow this road into the village, where The Close can be found along on the right hand side.  Once in the road the property can be located on the left by a Gusterson Palmer & James For Sale board.
