" This traditional semi detached property has much to offer including the benefit of agreed planning approval for a detached annexe at the rear of the property and a rear garden that stretches away from the house with a southerly facing aspect. Viewing of this excellent prospect is recommended.

From Evesham High Street continue in a southerly direction along Abbey Road to the river bridge.Turn left here onto Waterside and follow this road to a junction, turning right into Port Street.
