" This well appointed three bedroom semi detached house is set on The Orchards development and presented in good order throughout.

The property has accommodation comprising an entrance hall, cloakroom, living/dining room, equipped modern kitchen, a master bedroom with en suite shower room, two further bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is off road parking to the front and a pleasant garden to the rear.

From Evesham High Street proceed in a southerly direction along Abbey Road to the river bridge. Turn left onto Waterside and follow the road to a T junction. From here turn right onto Port Street and at a roundabout turn left onto Elm Road, continuing along before turning left into Offenham Road.  Follow this road for a short distance before turning left at a roundabout into The Orchards development. Proceed straight over the mini roundabout into Codling Road, where the property can be found along on the right hand side by a Gusterson Palmer & James For Sale board.
