From Evesham High Street proceed in a southerly direction along Abbey Road to the river bridge, continuing over onto Cheltenham Road.  From here take the second left onto Davies Road, following along to a roundabout, bearing right into The Link.  Continue over the next roundabout before turning left into Spinney Grove, where the property can be found along on the right hand side towards the end of the close.
