2. Small pets (Cats, Fish, Birds etc) are allowed in the flats, however an agreement has to be obtained from neighbouring owners if a dog is to accompany any purchaser. If agreement cannot be obtained then permission is not allowed by the Association.

3. An annual service charge to cover insurance of communal gardens, Manager costs etc is charged quarterly in advance, the current cost for 2010 is to be advised.
