" Located on the ever popular Brandreth Drive, this property benefits from being close to all the great amenities that Parbold has to offer, including some highly respected schools, local shops, Doctors Surgery, Dentist, Post Office, Village Pubs, and of course the Train Station. Closer inspection will reveal, entrance porch, hallway, lounge, sitting room, which can be used as a third bedroom, dining room, modern fully fitted kitchen with oven and hob, under stairs storage and a modern family bathroom. There is a lovely sunny conservatory which overlooks the garden. To the first floor there are two further bedrooms, one having a dressing room and the other having a small ensuite. To the outside of the house there is a front garden with driveway leading to detached garage and providing off road parking for several cars. To the rear there is a beautiful, larger than average garden which is not overlooked and has lawn and patio area.
