Elmers Green is located with access to Ashurst Beacon Country Park and Golf Club. Road links include access to the M6 and M58 motorways. A bus route is available from Wigan through to Ormskirk. The Concourse town centre provides shopping facilities.

Our View

We strongly an early internal inspection of this property to fully appreciate the size and style of the accommodation on offer that would appeal to a range of buyers. Internally, key features include a spacious through lounge having a gas fire in a decorative surround and access into the dining room which has double glazed patio doors. There is a modern kitchen/diner with a range of wall and base units, space for appliances, gas hob, electric oven, two double glazed windows and a door to the rear garden. There is also a cloakroom with a low level WC and tiled vanity wash hand basin. To the first floor, there are four good sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes to three of them. All four bedrooms have a double glazed window and a radiator. There is also a shower room comprising of a steam shower with radio, low level WC, wall mounted wash hand basin, heated towel rail and panelling to walls and ceiling. Outside there is an open plan front lawn with flower borders. A driveway leads to a garage with an up and over door. Externally there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, decking, pergola, barbecue, chicken run and also access to woodland to the rear.
