Location

Mercury Way is situated with access to Ashurst Beacon Country Park and golf club, the M6 and the M58 motorway. There are bus routes available from Wigan through to Southport. The Concourse shopping centre is also within access, as well as the West Lancashire College.

An early inspection is essential to appreciate this beautifully decorated property on offer, which would appeal to a range of buyers. The property has been finished to a high standard and is accessed via a double glazed door into the entrance hall, which has tiled flooring. The family bathroom has a panelled bath, pedestal wash hand basin, low level WC, a double glazed window, partial tiling to the walls, inset spotlights to the ceiling and a heated towel rail. From The Concourse town centre, leave Southway towards Grimshaw Road and take the slip road left to Tenhouse Road. At the roundabout, take the third exit and at the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Mercury Way, where the property can be found on the right hand side.
