" Part of the Mucklow Estate in Upholland-these homes boast spacious accommodation and big gardens making them extremely popular with families. This has one of the best plots with a south facing rear garden which is not overlooked plus extended accommodation comprising 4 bedrooms and conservatory. The house is well-presented throughout with both the kitchen and bathroom being notable features. Both are larger than average and are well-appointed with modern fittings. The converted garage has created a ground floor (4th) bedroom and cleverly redesigned the kitchen to increase its size considerably. The kitchen has been recently updated and is fitted with a range of high gloss units and breakfast bar. There is a large open plan living/dining room and a spacious upvc double glazed conservatory.
