" They just don't build estates like this anymore - Dingle Avenue is a highly prized and sought after development in the village of Appley Bridge and is a little different than most. All the houses boast generous established gardens making the estate very green and giving the impression of open space. It is a fantastic location with matured gardens, woodland aspects and lovely walkways which you do not find on modern developments and this property is tucked away in the corner of the estate, which backs directly onto woodland and boasts the largest plot with gardens to front and rear and a substantial plot to the side with detached double garage with power and lighting and ample off road parking. This large plot gives the house a great level of privacy and also provides fantastic potential and scope to further extend the house whilst still retaining much larger than average gardens. It briefly comprises: Entrance porch, open plan lounge and dining area, kitchen and large dining room/family room which could equally be used as a fourth bedroom. To the first floor are three double bedrooms, family bathroom and a separate WC.
