Agency Fees
Application fee including agency fees (non refundable) for a single applicant is ?100.00 + VAT (?120.00). Two applicants is ?150.00 + VAT (?180.00). Upon check out at the end of the tenancy agreement the tenant(s) will be responsible to pay the inventory check out fee of ?25.00 + VAT (?30.00) for unfurnished properties, ?35.00 + VAT (?42.00) for furnished properties and a deposit protection fee of ?40.00 + VAT (?48.00) which covers the deposit protection costs and agency administration fees in protecting your deposit with an approved government body.
