" 12a Shevington Moor is an intriguing detached house that was built for our clients in 1987 from land acquired from the church, the house rests on a generous sized plot with a private south facing rear garden that has been landscaped with entertaining in mind, included in the purchase price is an impressive log cabin complete with hot tub. Conveniently positioned for Standish & Shevington villages the property is a short drive to the M6 motorway junction 27 and Appley Bridge train Station. Shevington Moor also benefits from a good local pub the Silver Tally and local pick up points for a number of private schools & colleges. The property has been well built with a number of interesting design features often found lacking in modern homes built today, a really impressive balcony to the master bedroom suite is a perfect example of this.
