" There aren't many houses in Ashton of this quality and there are even fewer with such big gardens - this sits on a substantial corner plot with the rear and side gardens enjoying a sunny south to west facing aspect and a picturesque aspect backing onto a pretty tree-lined stream known locally as Down Brook. Arranged over 3 floors and totalling nearly 2000 square feet of actual internal living space, which is modern and superbly presented, this is a fantastic family home and overall great value for money. It also boasts a highly prized location at the lower end of Downall Green Road.
