" Every now and then a property comes onto the market which simply has to be viewed. From its original design this has been vastly changed and improved. Although looking like a bungalow it is essentially a very large extended house offering nearly 1300 SQ.FT. of versatile living accommodation.With no upward chain the property has been priced low to attract a quick sale. It is one of the largest houses in the area and without doubt one of the best value for money. Bigger than most four bedroom detached houses the property has also benefitted from a lot of recent improvements including a rewire in 2013, a central heating system with new combination boiler and all new uPVC double glazed windows and doors. Some of the decor does require updating but both the bathroom and the kitchen are well-appointed and its unique layout will certainly appeal to most modern families. This features a 24' living room, large open plan dining room and fitted kitchen, an additional sitting room which has been converted into a entertainment room with working bar, three double bedrooms (one located on the ground floor and two in the loft) and the largest bed has an ensuite WC.
