" ACCOMMODATION The property adjoins Bretton Sculpture Park and offers modern and substantial accommodation which really must be viewed internally as this is the only way one can fully appreciate the property that we currently offer for rent. The recently built detached home has under floor heating to the ground floor, and is presented to a modern and quality standard internally, yet designed to be in keeping with the character of the village. The accommodation fully comprises of entrance hall with cloakroom/w.c. off, attractive lounge, which takes full advantage of the views, lovely dining kitchen with bespoke fitted units and a range of integral appliances, sun lounge off with bi-fold doors leading out to a cottage garden. Stairs to the first floor landing, one bedroom with en-suite shower facilities, two further bedrooms and house bathroom/w.c. Stairs lead to a second floor which has the master bedroom with en-suite shower facilities. There is also a utility room on the second floor which includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. We would point out that all bedrooms have TV points and the property is also wired for a Sonos Sound System. Outside there is an enclosed cottage garden to the rear and garden area to the front.  FEES *Fees apply. We require a credit reference fee (currently ยฃ55 per person) when application is made for a property. If references are satisfactory, then we require an administration fee of ยฃ160 to cover 1 or 2 applicants. A further ยฃ30 per applicant is charged for 3 or 4 applicants. In certain circumstances we may require a Guarantor fee of ยฃ55 per guarantor. All fees include VAT. We do not charge renewal fees to tenants. ? "
