On entering Ferrybridge take the old A1 north (A162) leave the old A1 north at the 2nd exit over the flyover. Turn right on the mini-roundabout into Byram Park Road, turn left into Queen Margarets, turn left at the T-junction follow the road to the very end and the property will be seen on the left-hand side marked by our for sale board.
