" An attractive 1920s house located on this desirable road providing excellent access to the village centre and all amenities. The property offers well presented and stylish accommodation arranged over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large reception hall, four reception rooms, kitchen/breakfast, utility room and a cloakroom. On the first floor the master bedroom has a ensuite bathroom and a large dressing room which could if required become another bedroom. There are three further bedrooms one with ensuite shower room, a family bathroom and a separate WC. The property also offers potential for enlarging subject to planning. This is an excellent family house in a lovely location with a wonderful garden with a plot size of 0.3 of an acre. Early viewing is much recommended to appreciate its many fine attributes.

Situation
Radlett is a very popular village located north of London (Central London, Marble Arch - 23 miles). the village provides for a good range of shopping and leisure facilities with a rail service to St Pancras International (connecting with the Eurostar to Brussels & Paris) and Kings Cross. The M25 is available connecting to the M1 and national motorway network. From Radlett there are also rail services to London Gatwick and Luton airports with Heathrow airport approximately 25 miles.
