We are pleased to offer this lovely three bedroom, mid terraced property in a sought after area close to great amenities and schools.

Outside there are two off street parking spaces immediately outside.

Leading through the front door, there is a downstairs cloakroom to the right and on the left of the hallway is the door leading into the lounge area.

The lounge is approximately 5.1m x 3.6m with stairs. It has a floating wall allowing at present a 50 inch tv to be accomodated easily and allowing more space to be used underneath. Ceiling spotlights have been installed.

The lounge leads onto a separate kitchen/dining area with understairs storage running the full length of the stairs. The kitchen unit fascias have recently been updated to a gloss white finish. LED spotlights have also been installed and the kitchen has wooden flooring.

Leading from the kitchen are glass sliding doors which lead onto the conservatory with underfloor heating. This has recently been painted to a high standard April 2017 and the owners have had a plasterboard ceiling and LED spotlights fitted for a more comfortable feel.

From the conservatory there are a set of double PVC doors which open up onto a nice sized garden. The owners have had artificial grass laid and new paving for a confortable patio area and path leading to the rear of the garden. There is also rear access to the garden.

The stairs from the lounge lead onto the first floor landing, two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The rear bedroom used to be a master bedroom and is of a large size. The bedroom also includes fitted wardrobes and has ample space for further storage.

The family bathroom is a comfortable size, tiled throughout with spotlights fitted.

The second bedroom on the first floor is smaller but making use of the space available fitting a single bed.  The room also has fitted storage and a mega flow tank allowing a good pressure of water throughout the house.

Stairs then lead onto the wow factor of this house. The owners have managed to make a fantastic master bedroom with one of the largest ensuites for this sized property. The bedroom has been furnished to a high standard and recently decorated with new carpet and paint work. There are LED spotlights throughout which are on a dimmer and the owners will be leaving a large freestanding wardrobe with ample storage.

The owners have fitted the ensuite out with travertine tiling.  There is a large 1400mm walk in shower and freestanding solid oak sink and storage unit. LED spotlights have also been fitted in the ensuite.
